How can I pay for my jewelry?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or paypal. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

Where do I enter my discount code?

To redeem your code, simply add to the promotional code box at checkout. When purchasing from a mobile device, please click to view cart for the box to be displayed.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free from certain order values (depending on country) or may range from U$4.9 - U$6.9 one-off payments. Shipping prices depend on the country of destination and will be shown at checkout. Please check our shipping info for more details.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we do. We offer International Free Shipping for orders over U$160.

What materials do you use to craft your jewelry?

Our jewelry is made from a range of precious metals, including the following: 925 Sterling Silver, Platin-plated 925 Sterling Silver, 18k Solid Gold, 18k Vermeil which is 925 Sterling Silver plated in 18k Rose and Yellow Gold. There is no nickel present in our jewelry.

What is a lab-grown sapphire/emerald?

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right.

How do I return my jewelry?

Just send us an email within 15 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excluding the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
